Call to Worship – Praise is comely for the upright
HYMN
His fingerprints are on the moon and the stars which he set in place. The Maker of the heavens and the earth yet He remains near all His beloved children caring for each intimately and personally.
In love He gives us great power, responsibility and priviledge to care and explore the world He’s entrusted to us.
His greatness is evident in His
awesome vastness and intimate nearness.
For who He is –
There are times when God did something tangible in our lives and we say Thank you Lord for healing etc. But the Lord will desire for us to say thank you Lord for being who you are. Thank you for being God.
It is His will -
Thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live. (I Thessalonians 5 vs 18)

Reasons for Praise & Worship
His Greatness -
God’s majesty
stretches far beyond what we can measure. When we consider him as the sculptor
and sustainer of the universe who knows each star by name (Isa 40 vs26), we can
understand why the psalmist praises HIS greatness.

with passion and persistence. He hears every prayer and song of praise flowing
from our lips.
